Just received confirmation from Broadcom Support that the CSP‑97577 patch for vIDM has been officially pulled.

“The engineering team removed the CSP‑97577 patch as it was causing a few issues with vIDM.” – Broadcom Support

I double-checked the Broadcom download portal, and sure enough, the patch is no longer listed.

Recommendation (as per support):
If you’ve already applied CSP‑97577, revert to a pre-patch snapshot if possible.
